Jawatan Kosong Retail Assistant at Sunway Carnival Mall in Perai

Description :

1. Attend to customers’ inquiries and provide customer service in meeting customer expectations
2. Resolves customer issues in a timely and professional manner
3. Manage and monitor inventory, stock and products
4. Price tagging and arrangement of stocks
5. Carry out the daily work of live operations
6. Attend and manage retail sales, processing cash and card payment
7. Ensure the retail outlet is clean and tidy at all times
8. Assist in stock takes and other events
9. To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in any field
2. Preferably at least 1 year working experience in the related field
3. Candidates with no experience are also encouraged to apply
4. Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
5. Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays
6. Self-motivated and passionate about retail

工作职责：

• 处理顾客的咨询并提供良好的客户服务，以满足顾客的期望
• 及时且专业地解决顾客问题
• 管理和监督库存、存货及产品
• 商品标价及货品陈列
• 执行日常直播运营工作
• 负责零售销售，包括处理现金及刷卡付款
• 确保零售店面随时保持整洁干净
• 协助盘点及其他相关活动
• 根据需要完成任何临时交办的工作

职位要求：

• 必须至少拥有 SPM 或文凭学历，任何领域皆可
• 最好具备至少 1 年相关工作经验
• 无经验者亦鼓励申请
• 具备良好的人际关系、沟通能力及客户服务技巧
• 能接受轮班工作，包括周末及公共假期
• 具备自我激励精神，并对零售业充满热情

Benefits:

• 18 days PH, Basic Salary + OT + Commissions, Staff Purchase Benefits, Medical Claim, Dental Claim

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
