Monday - Friday Business Area Community Banking Location Malaysia - Perak
Description
Primary Objective:

Deliver quality customer service of teller/clerical functions
 Accurately and promptly record all transactions of customers’ banking accounts in compliance with Bank’s policies & procedures
 Attend to over-the-counter customers’ enquiries on saving & checking accounts and other related banking accounts
 Perform other banking services eg. cheque-book request, issue traveler’s checks, exchanging foreign currency, WU and etc.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Duties
  • Attend to customer enquiries over the counter
  • Acceptance of cash and cheque payment and issuance of receipt over the counter
  • Ensure accurate transaction validation has been performed
  • Perform daily cash balancing and rectify any excess or shortage
  • Notify immediate superior on cash/cheque movement to be made/ bank in
  • Bank in of cash and cheque received for the day
  • Print daily transaction history and daily teller’s transaction listing
  • Keep proper filing of all related teller’s functions on reports and documents
  • Assist and support back office clerical job function
  • Attend staff meeting conducted by respective branches
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time
Branch Operation
  • Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies & procedures and guidelines
  • Support ABM to ensure smooth and effective branch operation to achieve satisfactory audit rating and score on Branch Excellence Program
Requirements Requirements:
SPM - Establish strong working relations and provide support when the need arises.




Experience in clerical administrative, cash handling and customer service

  • Good numerical ability and computer knowledge
  • Pleasant personality with high integrity
  • Self-initiative, customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
