- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and requirements.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the latest smartphones, features, specifications, and accessories.
- Stay informed about the differences between various brands and operating systems (e.g., Android, iOS).
- Demonstrate smartphones and accessories, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Address customer objections and concerns effectively, providing clear and concise explanations.
- Assist customers with the setup and customization of their new devices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,450.00 - RM5,448.00 per month
