Description :

Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with different departments including procurement, warehouse and production teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure raw materials and finished goods are available as required.
• Optimize production planning processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Work closely with the supply chain team to address material shortages and capacity constraints.
• Ensure compliance with LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) regulations and customs-related procedures.
• Customer Service Officer - warehouse material available for production planning. Inventory loading plan for all process and etc.
• Generate reports on production progress, capacity utilization and inventory status.

Requirement :

• Report to Operations Manager
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning within the injection molding indutries
• Strong understanding of LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) regulations and customs-related procedures.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems for production planning.
• Knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
• Any other respinsibility which may be assigned from time to time by superior

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
