Description :

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and procure materials, equipment, and services required by the company in a cost-effective and timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable supply and service continuity.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve optimal value while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor and follow up on order status to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate records by performing data entry and updating procurement systems to reflect purchase activities.
  • Evaluate supplier performance regularly and recommend improvements or changes when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand and fulfill purchasing needs in alignment with operational goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: SPM
  • Proficient in Mathematics and English
  • At least 1 year of related experience
