Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and procure materials, equipment, and services required by the company in a cost-effective and timely manner.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable supply and service continuity.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve optimal value while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor and follow up on order status to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records by performing data entry and updating procurement systems to reflect purchase activities.
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly and recommend improvements or changes when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand and fulfill purchasing needs in alignment with operational goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM
- Proficient in Mathematics and English
- At least 1 year of related experience
