Description :
- Warganegara Malaysia;
- Berkelayakan SPM;
- Bersedia untuk kerja syif (06:00, 14:00, 22:00);
- Mewakili syarikat sebagai kakitangan yang berhubung secara langsung dan memberi perkhidmatan yang sopan dan cekap kepada pengguna lebuhraya;
- Memastikan operasi lorong sentiasa berjalan dengan lancar;
- Merekod dan melaporkan setiap kejadian luar biasa kepada Penyelia Tol yang bertugas;
- Mengira, merekod dan menyerahkan kutipan semasa tamat syif.
