Requirements
- 1 years of experience as a customer service role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & Malay
- Strong multitasking skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses strong interpersonal, communication, verbal, and written skills.
- Resistant to stress and capable of working under pressure.

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assist clients in scheduling consultations with designers and ensure a smooth and efficient process throughout the design project.
- Identify and assess customers' needs, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate
solutions or alternatives within established guidelines.
Collaborate closely with interior designers to relay client requirements, project ecifications, and design preferences accurately.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
