n your new role you will: P

• lan, organize and control the project/ sub-projects with moderate complexity (up to Project classification class C), risk, impact and reach. F
• ully responsible for all project operational decisions and for achieving all project targets (time, quality, cost and budget). B
• e the key communication interface (for project related matters), representing Backend to other Infineon Divisions (e.g. Business lines, Central Functions e.g. Finance, PTI, FE Fabs, etc). F
• orm and lead the project team and assign responsibilities within the project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members. U
• se Infineon project management tools to structure projects, control progress and for reporting and documentation. D
• rive problem-solving activities within the project using standard Ifxtrouble shooting methodologies, e.g. 8D, 5 Whys, etc. C
• ontinuously focus on project quality, assess progress and ensure that goals are met even in the face of challenges. A
• ctively identifies and manages changes and adapts project approach accordingly while ensuring buy-in for change.

Y
ou are best equipped for this task if you have: M

• asters / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, etc). P
• roject Management Professional Certification is preferred. A
• t least 6 years of relevant working experience and 2 years of leading projects. G
• ood project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation. S
• ound knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation. E
• xcellent communication skills.Excellent aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding. A
• bility to lead the team to solve the complex problem (using 8D, Is-IsNot, FMEA, etc).
