Jawatan Kosong Contract Account Receivable Officer in Melaka

Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, issue, and follow up on customer invoices accurately and on a timely basis
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Liaise with customers regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, and payment status
  • Record and reconcile incoming payments in the accounting system
  • Assist in month-end closing related to accounts receivable
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of AR records
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc accounting tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar accounting role
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and invoicing processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Good attention to detail, organized, and able to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills for coordination with internal teams and customers
  • Able to commit to a contract role starting February

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
