Description :
- URGENT HIRING
- Liaising with clients to identify their needs
- Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour
- Preparing tender and contract documents
- Identifying and weighing up commercial risks
- Assigning work to subcontractors
- Valuing completed work, managing budgets and overseeing payments
- Ensuring projects meet legal and quality standard
- Advising on the project costs
- Submitting regular budget reports
- Following regulations and health and safety
- maths knowledge.
- analytical thinking skills.
- Preferable experienced in Telecomunication based (will be advantage) or Engineering based
- Preferable Male
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (Preferred)
