- Request provisioning for services that has been onboarded to IDM.
- Act as backup for administrative tasks related to the IAM Operations & Privilege Access Management.
- To provide primary user administration and technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to IAM applications and PAM.
- Ensure access controls are optimally managed according to security standards.
- Maintains all the relevant documentation that can be readily presented for inspection when required.
- To perform manual administrative tasks related to the IAM service request (SR) fulfillment, Incident and other BAU activities.
- Oversees the logging of SR cases - ensuring timely completion of SRs in timely manner accordingly to SLA and immediate execution of URGENT SRs, follow-up on late SRs and timely escalation of problems for attention of upper management.
- To participate in applications testing (UAT,UVT).
- Support various IAM projects to ensure smooth transition into operations.
