Jawatan Kosong Clinic Assistant 3 months contract in Ipoh
Description :
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with check-in, update them on wait times, and direct them to the appropriate consultation rooms.
- Support doctors and nurses during patient examinations and routine procedures.
- Help prepare and dispense medications as required.
- Provide assistance during clinical procedures and ensure medical equipment is operated safely and properly.
- Answer incoming calls and address patient questions or concerns.
- Monitor and manage stock levels of medical supplies and medications.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-kept clinic environment.
- Perform other tasks as delegated by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum SPM/"O" Level, Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient with medical office software and patient management systems.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and precision.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willing to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends as required).
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
