Description :
▪ Manage and oversee operations
▪ Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and operational procedures.
▪ Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics and KPIs.
▪ Implement improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
▪ Provide leadership, guidance, and support to regional teams.
▪ Foster a culture of collaboration, productivity, and continuous improvement.
▪ Communicate operational strategies and objectives to regional teams.
▪ Manage resources effectively, including staffing, equipment, and budget allocation.
▪ Prepare and manage regional operational budgets.
▪ Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
▪ Implement measures to maintain consistent service or product quality.
▪ Monitor the operational team to ensure timely completion of sales closing for issuing invoices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
