Key Responsibilities

• Customer Styling: Greet walk-in customers and provide personalized styling advice to help them find the perfect Baju Raya.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our fabrics, sizes, and cutting (e.g., Slim Fit vs. Traditional) to answer customer inquiries.
• Sales Targets: Actively work towards achieving daily and monthly sales goals through excellent service.
• Inventory Management: Ensure stocks are neatly folded, displayed, and replenished on the racks.
• Fitting Room Assistance: Manage fitting rooms and assist customers with sizing and matching accessories.
• Maintain Boutique Image: Ensure the boutique remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in retail or fashion is a plus, but fresh graduates with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
• Communication: Fluent in Bahasa Melayu; ability to speak English is an added advantage.
• Attitude: Friendly, proactive, and possesses a "can-do" attitude.
• Availability: Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts (especially during the peak Ramadan/Raya season).
• Appearance: Neat and professional appearance, reflecting the AMANK Exclusive brand image.
