Jawatan Kosong Technician Fahrenheit 88 in Kuala Lumpur
Description :
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairing of all the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems, inclusive of all the mechanical- & electrical-powered machines/equipment
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairing of all electrical, Extra Low Voltage (ELV) items inclusive of but not limited to Sub Switch Boards, Transformers, Electrical Safety Relays, Air Circuit Breakers (ACB), and Gensets
- Fault finding and rectification for electrical systems such as wiring shorting, lighting problem, electrical tripping issues and power failures
- Perform preventive/ predictive maintenance checks
- Attend to complaints, inspections, setup and reparation as requested by the Management and tenants
- Supervise appointed contractors to carry out maintenance and repair works
- Report any potential problems/ hazards to the supervisor and take remedial action
REQUIREMENTS:
- Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
