Working Days & Hours :
- Working Hours: From 9.00 am to 6.00pm.
- Work Days: Monday to Friday only
Job Competencies :
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Melayu, both spoken and written.
- Strong negotiation, reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Organized and analytical in preparing and analyzing data.
- IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, EDMS and ERP Software (Autocount/SQL/SAP/ORACLE).
- Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, multi-tasking and result oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Adhering to principles and values.
- Following instructions and procedures.
Job Specifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management / Logistic / Business Studies with a minimum of 7 years working experience in similar capacity and field.
- Preferably candidate with working experience in railway / automotive / manufacturing / construction industry.
- Well verse with import/export custom forms and exemptions, shipping documentations, INCOTERM, and HS Code.
