Description :
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure that good quality of work is achieved.
- Daily site diary recording, monitoring and reporting.
- Supervise and inspect all architectural works carried out by sub-contractors and ensure that all works are in schedule and carried out in accordance to the approval drawings.
- Ensure compliance with architectural and structural specifications and achieve quality aspect.
- Carry out architectural and structural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
Qualification:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
- At least five (5) years relevant working experience, especially in infrastructure or road works.
- Able to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Good understanding of construction work activities and sequence of work.
- Good communication and analytical skills, positive working attitude, self-starter and able to work independently.
- Good technical knowledge, report preparation, project management and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
