Looking for Operation Manager full timer.

*Job Scope:*
- Project marketing management and execution.
- Reach out to universities, colleges, high schools and influencers to collaborate.
- Coordinate and execute projects assigned.
- Ensure smooth workflow and communication with internal and external parties.
- Manage budget and deliver key deliverables and reports to clients.
- Communicate with clients on a daily or weekly basis to make sure all requests and needs are secured.
- Leading projects and coming out with ideas to achieve KPIs.
- Manage given budget VS KPIs.
- Potential to lead a group of interns.
*Requirement:*
- Able to speak, write and read Chinese, English and Malay
- Fully functional laptop.
- Fully functional smartphone.
- Fully functional Wi-Fi.
- Working from 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)
*Benefits:*
- RM2,500 inclusive EPF, SOCSO and EIS

- Yearly salary increment of a minimum 5-6%
- Exciting training will be provided on communications and system planning.
