Description :
Clerk - Maintenance & Engineering Department.
- Provide administrative support to Maintenance & Engineering Department.
- Responsible for for tasks assigned by Maintenance Engineer.
- Updating and storing department's files to ensure they are accurate and accessible.
- Typing reports, letters and other department's related documents.
- Answering telephone calls and emails.
- Monitoring department's supplies and update stock records.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with common office processes, including filing, handling mail and directing telephone calls.
- Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Related working experience will be an advantage
- Able to work independently
