We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help us reach more clients online. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Support in running and monitoring digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Work with the team to plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and patient bookings.
• Monitor and analyze performance of campaigns and provide simple reports with insights.
• Create basic graphics, captions, and short videos for marketing use (training provided if needed).
• Assist in email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Respond to client enquiries promptly in a professional and friendly manner.
• Work closely with the clinic team to convert enquiries into appointments
• Research market trends, competitors, and new digital marketing opportunities.
• Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative and creative tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital ads.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn new tools/skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay (extra languages are a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
