Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets across East Coast.

Responsible and accountable for achieving Sales Targets.

Responsible for developing new accounts and exploring new areas.

To maintain and strengthen relationship with existing customers (distributor and wholesaler)

Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.

To handle the credit collection and related issues

To secure the goods visibility of display area for company products & maintain proper display/ merchandising in outlets.

Ensure the stock level is sufficient in outlets.

职位概述

• 制定并执行美东地区销售战略，达成或超额完成销售目标
• 对销售业绩负责，确保实现销售指标
• 开发新客户并拓展新市场
• 维护并加强与现有经销商及批发商的合作关系
• 定期向管理层汇报销售业绩、市场趋势及竞争对手动态
• 处理应收账款及相关问题
• 确保公司产品在终端的陈列可见度，优化展示效果
• 确保销售网点的库存充足

Minimum Diploma holder or equivalent field

Min 4 years related working experience in FMCG industry, those from Pet Food industries & with lower trade management would be an added advantage

Has the ability of data analysis and market research

Good communication and problem-solving skills with positive working attitude

Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal).

Literate computer skills – Microsoft Office

Must have valid driving license, possess own transport, willing to travel to all states at East Coast and going to KL (Plaza Month Kiara) for meeting once a month (Non-claimable travel expenses)

• 大专 Diploma 或相关领域同等学历
• 至少4年快消品（FMCG）行业经验
• 宠物食品行业背景或二级渠道管理经验者优先
• 具备数据分析及市场调研能力
• 优秀的沟通能力及问题解决能力，工作态度积极
• 中英文流利
• 熟练使用Microsoft Office
• 必须持有有效驾驶执照，拥有自备交通工具，愿意前往东海岸各州出差，并每月一次前往吉隆坡（Plaza Mont Kiara）参加会议 (不予报销的差旅费用)。

Quarter Incentive based on individual’s KPI incentive scorecard. Individual is required to meet a minimum 50% KPI points to entitle this incentive.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
