Description :
- Attend to sales enquiries, including telephone enquiries, walk-in customer by providing information of the products to promote the company's service with the objective to achieve sales target.
- Validate customer information and needs.
- Develop and implement digital media and online advertisement; Explore and maximize social media channels to raise brand awareness
- Manage social media channels and online communities, including content scheduling, monitoring engagement, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Responsible to liaise with lawyers and bankers
- To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the head of department
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
