Job description
- To handle company data and report.
- Handle customers database.
- Responsible for blasting and follow up customers database.
- To handle orders from customers.
- Prepare sales and customer database report.
- Develop E-commerce strategy to promote sales via online and Live marketing.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Assist customer via online in locating the desired to purchase the item.
- To assist on any general clerical tasks and duties.
- To handle any ad-hoc tasks when assigned by the superior.
Requirement
- PC literate - Word, Excel
- Ability to be Firm & Decisive
- Diploma minimum (with 1 years working experience)
- Experience in Customer Service are welcome
- Read & Write English & Malay
- Independent with Minimum supervision
- Able to start immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
