Kerja Kosong ASSISTANT MANAGER RESTAURANT in Miri
Description :
Working Location (Branch):
- Miri Times Square OR
- Bintang Megamall
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Outlet Manager in daily outlet operations
- Supervise floor crew and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure customer service standards are met and maintained
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and work performance
- Ensure SOP, hygiene, and safety standards are followed
- Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimizing wastage
- Prepare basic reports and support management when required
- Able to work at either branch as assigned
Requirements:
- Honest, trustworthy, and responsible
- Good attitude, well-mannered, and professional
- Previous experience in F&B or retail supervisory role preferred
- Able to lead a team and work under pressure
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn and take responsibility
- Punctual, disciplined, and committed
- Stable working schedule (subject to roster)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
