Description :

What will you do:

• Monitor, handle and involve in housing renovation and construction.
• To attend site supervision and measuring .
• To coordinate meeting, attend and prepare documentations for presentation.
• To produce documents, drawings and 3D for clients before projects kick-off.
• To prepare and check to ensure all working drawings, detail drawings, submission drawings meet the requirements.
• To coordinate on site progress is in accordance to the working drawings.
• To coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Great communication skills with client.

Qualities and Skills:

• Great proficiency in design skills and creativity.
• Excellent understanding of architectural principles and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in relevant design software.
• Thorough detail and precision in drawing production.
• Effective communication skills to interact with both team members, clients and authorities.
• Adaptability to changes in project scope or design requirements.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Qualification:

• Minimum : Degree Bachelor in Architecture (Part 1) / Interior Architect. Preferably : Master in Architecture (Part 2) or relevant qualification.
• Preferably : Has involved in residential renovation projects
• Understand and apply Planning Acts and Building By Laws
• Proficient in design software.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under stress
• Great proficiency in design skills and creativity.
• Excellent understanding of architectural principles and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in relevant design software.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Freelance, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
