Description :

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.

2. To maintain daily cash flow and prepare bank reconciliation.

3. To perform accounts receivable invoices, collections and day-to-day revenue transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a daily basis.

4. Report on overdue invoices, initiate the dunning process and generate reminders for overdue accounts, and provide for bad debts.

5. Monitor and reconcile direct bank credits.

6. Prepare customer statement of accounts.

7. Process collections from customers, process debit and credit notes and process refunds and rebates.

8. To accurately process all Accounts Receivable transactions within the given time frame, i.e. entered into SQL or rejected according to the established process and procedures.

9. To ensure the accuracy and the completeness of the transaction processed.

10. To monitor and process the urgent request before specified deadline.

11. To perform accounts payable invoice, payment and day-to-day transaction processing

and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a daily basis.

12. To create and maintain vendor master data information.

13. Process vendor and intercompany invoices, debit notes and credit notes.

14. Process recurring payment documents.

15. Process month end activities e.g. reporting and GR/IR reconciliation.

16. Process and update electronic and manual payment transactions in system.

17. To execute payment run as per agreed schedule.

18. To accurately process all Accounts Payable transactions within the given time frame.

19. To coordinate and ensure month end activities related to AP is executed on timely basis.

20. To update cash book and sales book.

21. Perform other duties as and when delegated i.e. back-up function, business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.

22. To perform all other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager / Resorts Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
