Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and sales-driven individual to be the face of our clinic. This dual-role position is crucial for ensuring seamless daily operations, providing outstanding client experiences, and driving our business growth through effective administration and package sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front Desk & Client Experience:

• Be the first point of contact, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Manage client registration, check-in/out, and payment processing.

2. Appointment & Clinic Flow Management:

• Schedule and manage client appointments using our clinic software.
• Optimize therapist schedules and coordinate daily clinic flow.
• Prepare client files and ensure smooth operation between treatment rooms.

3. Sales & Package Administration:

• Confidently explain our treatment plans, wellness packages, and promotions.
• Proactively identify and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling of treatment packages.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum Education: SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Customer Service, or related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in front desk, admin, or sales is preferred. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong sales drive are encouraged to apply.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. Ability to speak Mandarin or Chinese dialects is a strong advantage.
• Personal Attributes: Excellent communicator, persuasive, highly organized, empathetic, and a team player.

• Basic Salary: RM 2,500
