Smitiv Mobile Technologies Pte Ltd is a technology company whose flagship product is FMS Field Robo — our Field Management System built to help businesses track, manage, and optimize their mobile sales teams, field service technicians, and on-the-ground operations.
The Role
You will own the full sales cycle for your assigned territory — from identifying prospects to walking into their office, running the demo, and closing the deal. This is a field-based role: most of your week will be spent meeting business owners and decision-makers face-to-face.You are not a desk salesperson. You are out there.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Source your own leads through cold calling, walk-ins, networking events, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry directories
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of SME and mid-market prospects
- Qualify leads to identify genuine buying intent and budget fit
Client Meetings & Demos
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners, operations leads, and decision-makers
- Deliver compelling product demos of FMS Field Robo — showing prospects how it streamlines their field operations and improves team productivity
- Position our additional services (Facebook/Instagram ads, mobile app development, ERP, etc.) as complementary solutions where relevant
Relationship Building
- Build long-term trust with clients — many of our deals come from repeat business and referrals
- Act as the client’s main point of contact during the sales cycle and warm handover to delivery
Closing & Account Growth:
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals at or above target
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our service lines
Reporting & CRM
- Keep all leads, meetings, and opportunities updated in [CRM — HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce / etc.]
- Submit weekly pipeline and activity reports to management
Requirements :
- 2+ years of B2B field sales or business development experience, preferably in SaaS, field management software, IT services, ERP, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable with cold outreach and walking into client offices unannounced
- Strong presentation and demo skills — confident in running software demos in front of business owners
- Excellent communication in English; Mandarin a plus for Singapore, Bahasa Malaysia required for Malaysia
- Own transport / valid driving license (Malaysia role); willing to travel across the territory
- Hungry, self-driven, and resilient — someone who doesn’t need to be micromanaged
- Female candidates are preferable
