Position: Beauty Consultant
Location : Watson KTCC Mall , Rimba Square , Gong Badak , Paya Bunga Square , Mayang Mall , Kuala Terengganu & Mydin Kuala Terengganu .
Job Purpose:
To provide expert advice, personalized beauty consultations, and excellent customer service to clients while promoting and selling beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products. A Beauty Consultant plays a key role in enhancing the customer’s shopping experience and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers warmly, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Provide professional advice on skincare, cosmetics, fragrances, and overall beauty routines.
- Conduct product demonstrations, makeovers, and consultations to showcase product benefits.
- Educate customers on proper usage of products to achieve desired results.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand knowledge.
- Ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and fully stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming and professional appearance.
- Support promotional campaigns, events, and in-store marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
- Prior experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, approachable, and sales-driven.
- Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
Skills:
- Product knowledge in skincare, cosmetics, and beauty.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to perform makeovers and beauty demonstrations.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
