Job Summary:
The After-Sales Service Admin cum Warehouse Admin is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the after-sales service department and warehouse management. This role ensures smooth coordination between service engineers, customers, and the warehouse team, including job scheduling, documentation, spare parts management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
After-Sales Service Administration
- Coordinate job scheduling for service engineers and technicians.
- Prepare service reports, job sheets, and customer feedback documentation.
- Assist in monitoring service progress and follow up with customers for job completion.
- Handle service-related documentation such as warranty claims, service agreements, and billing coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer history, and parts usage.
- Provide administrative support for training, meetings, and departmental reporting.
Warehouse Administration
- Manage incoming and outgoing spare parts and tools according to company SOPs.
- Perform stock checks, cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation such as GRN (Goods Received Note), DO (Delivery Order), and stock transfer forms.
- Support parts issuance to service engineers and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with audit requirements.
- Liaise with procurement and logistics teams for replenishment and shipment tracking.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in service administration, warehouse, or related fields (preferably in heavy equipment, automotive, or machinery industry).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/WMS systems.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (advantage).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM4,856.18 per month
