Job description
Responsibilities:
- Developing store strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and top-notch visual merchandising standards.
- Provide insights on buying trends and customer needs.
- Assess training needs and build career path for store staff through performance appraisals.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Retails Area Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
