We are currently seeking a dedicated and competent Content Creator to join our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the clinic’s branding and patient engagement goals.
• Create high-quality content across multiple platforms, including social media, website, and marketing materials (e.g., captions, articles, videos, infographics).
• Translate medical information into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand content for the public.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to ensure accuracy and compliance of medical content.
• Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and campaign execution.
• Produce video and visual content (e.g., short-form videos, reels, patient education content).
• Monitor content performance and optimize strategies based on analytics and insights.
• Ensure all content complies with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with healthcare trends, digital marketing trends, and audience behavior.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, preferably in healthcare, medical, or wellness industry.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills (both Bahasa Melayu and English).
• Ability to simplify complex medical information into engaging content.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare compliance is an added advantage.
• Skilled in video editing, graphic design, or content tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
• Strong sense of creativity, branding, and audience engagement.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and professionalism.
