This position will be asigned at Mya Clinic Gambang
Full job description
- Responsible for registration and admission processes for patient.
- Assist doctor on daily operation procedure.
- Responsible for collection of payment for service provided..
- To assist in answering in incoming calls, handle call log and email for appointment and enquiries.
- Manage and resolve patient or client concern by providing correct information.
- Other ad-hoc duties as instructed by superior.
- To prepare and submit panel claim
- Will be working at Mya Clinic Gambang
Requirements : -Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia ( SPM ) or Diploma in any related field.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. ( Other languages in an advantage )
- Experienced in related field.
- Computer literate
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to work in shift (2 shifts) at 7.30am (morning shift) , 2.30pm (evening shift)

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
