Job Description
- handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- handle all inbound and outbound documentation
- oversea and responsible for customer deliveries and pickup collection
- handle and resolve customer queries/complaints effectively
- Liaise with freight carriers, customs brokers, warehouse teams, and suppliers to coordinate shipments.
- Monitor shipment movements, and report on service efficiency.
