Description :
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Organize and maintain filing systems (physical & digital)
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Manage office equipment and coordinate maintenance
- Provide administrative support to managers or departments
- Handle confidential documents
- Assist with HR tasks (onboarding paperwork, leave tracking)
- Support company events or activities
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
