Description :

• Lead and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all project milestones are met.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost control.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure the design is accurately executed.
• Manage construction teams, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and project tasks are completed on schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Handle project-related documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Address and resolve any issues, conflicts, or delays that arise during construction.
• Maintain communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates on project status and address concerns.
• Other duties will be assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Project Management: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• Chinese (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required)
