We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Manager cum Video Editor to join our team. This hybrid role involves managing digital marketing campaigns and designing engaging visual content for our learning management system website and construction company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, proficiency in graphic design tools, and a passion for creating compelling online experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across our learning management system website and construction company.
• Plan, create, and manage engaging content for various digital channels, including website, social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, including banners, infographics, videos, and other visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness, make data-driven decisions, and recommend improvements for better results.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and design fields.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer and Designer, preferably in the education or construction industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience with managing social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing previous digital marketing campaigns and design projects is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,310.70 - RM3,745.95 per month
