Description :
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop seasonal & monthly visual‑merchandising plans for store window, DP‑point, shelf layout for new‑arrival, festive‑event and promotional campaigns.
2. Carry out regular store audits across outlets, train retail staff to maintain brand‑standard display rules.
3. Design theme‑based decoration, optimise store traffic flow, colour zoning and product exposure.
4. Handle full‑set display setup for newly‑opened stores, compile official VM guideline handbook.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 1‑2 years working experience in fashion‑accessory or apparel retail visual merchandising.
2. Strong aesthetic sense for bags, jewellery and trendy ornaments.
3. Willing to travel interstate for store inspection and on‑site arrangement.
4. Basic English literacy, keep updated with latest fashion trends.
