Job Summary
The Maxis Outbound Striker plays a crucial role in driving business growth through proactive outreach and engagement with potential customers. This position focuses on outbound calling to generate leads, build relationships, and promote our technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen and customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction. Roving over various places with team to open bigger channel for Sales Opportunity. The Products is BEST SELLER PRODUCT for market which is 60% able to tap on.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote Maxis technology solutions.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and update customer information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the market trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Assist in business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities for growth within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound calling, preferably in technology sales or inside sales environments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in business development strategies.
• Knowledge of market trends related to technology solutions is a plus.
