JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To perform day to day general administrative tasks.
- Supporting the team in other daily tasks.
- Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls.
- Handle clients’ inquiries and provide assistance.
- Monitor documents dispatch and received.
- Recording documents flow and filing.
- Proficient in using SQL accounting software to create invoices, purchase orders (PO), payment vouchers (PV), and other accounting-related tasks.
- Obtaining, proposing and monitoring deadlines and follow-up dates.
- Screening requests for meetings, scheduling and organizing meetings and travel arrangements.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets, monitoring of expenditures, drafting of contracts and purchasing or acquisition orders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Aggressive and fast learner.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
