Description :

Safe and Timely Delivery:

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive company lorries to deliver products to assigned retail locations, customers, and warehouses.
• Ensure timely delivery of products based on customer schedules and order requirements.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies during deliveries.

Loading and Unloading:

• Assist in loading goods onto the lorry in the warehouse and ensure that they are securely loaded to prevent damage during transport.
• Unload products upon arrival at customer locations, ensuring they are handled carefully and delivered to the correct storage areas.
• Ensure that the lorry is properly loaded with the correct order, checking against delivery documents for accuracy.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Perform routine checks and maintenance of the lorry (e.g., checking tire pressure, oil levels, fuel, and cleanliness).
• Report any mechanical issues or damage to the vehicle to the fleet supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle to ensure goods are transported in optimal condition.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately, including delivery notes, invoices, and signed receipts.
• Record any customer feedback, issues, or concerns and report them to the logistics manager or supervisor.
• Maintain logs of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and mileage as per company procedures.

Customer Interaction:

• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with retail customers, store personnel, or warehouse staff.
• Ensure that products are delivered as per the agreed order and confirm the condition of goods upon delivery.
• Address any delivery-related concerns or issues at the point of delivery in a professional and polite manner.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure the safety and security of the products during transport, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Follow the company’s health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents or incidents.
• Adhere to all local and national road regulations, including delivery time windows and weight limits.

Route Planning:

• Plan routes efficiently to minimize delays, fuel consumption, and maximize delivery productivity.
• Use GPS or other navigation tools to ensure timely arrival at destinations and avoid delays.

Inventory and Stock Control:

• Ensure that all goods delivered match the order and invoice details, and report any discrepancies.
• Assist in checking stock levels at customer locations and communicate any issues with inventory to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Truck Driving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• license GDL, E atau yang lain lain (Preferred)

• 100% (Required)
