- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and Live Chat.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a diploma or higher educational qualification.
- Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced financial environment.
- Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Only shortlisted applicants will be notified for interview.
Working hour：Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:45pm.
Work Location: Menara AIA Sentral (near Monorail/MRT station)
Interview Process: Resume Review > 1 round face-to-face interview.
Remuneration Package:
- Salary is up to RM4,700 depend on experience & qualification
- EPF and SOCSO
- Annual Leave: 21 days per year
- Medical Leave: 14 days per year
- Bonus based on Performance Development Review (PDR) annually, the company and employee performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
