Position: Human Resource Manager
Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,000
Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Location: MBKT 4/C Dataran Panji, Jalan Panji Alam, 21100 Kuala Terengganu

Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs for employees across all branches to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve performance and productivity based on KPI data.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent for clinical and nonclinical roles.
- Develop recruitment strategies, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain a talent pipeline to support the company’s growth and operational needs.
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Review and update employee compensation structures to remain competitive in the market.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health coverage, leave entitlements, and incentives.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff inquiries and concerns, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Monitor staff allocation across branches to meet operational requirements efficiently.
- Address operational challenges and implement solutions to improve branch performance.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
- Support leadership development initiatives to prepare high-potential employees for key roles.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
