Kerja Kosong Branch Assistant Manager in Kota Bharu

Description :

AREA Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting and achieving sales targets for the branch.
  • Implement and manage marketing initiatives and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on branch performance, sales, and customer service metrics.
  • Provide leadership and support to branch staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Handle any interpersonal conflicts or issues among staff members.

Requirements:

  • SPM with 1 years experience in retails or Diploma in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
