CLIENT: HOSPITAL CONTRACTOR
A Site Engineer in a hospital contracting environment is responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and healthcare compliance requirements.
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction or M&E site works
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and hospital representatives
- Monitor project progress and report site status to Project Manager
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Ensure compliance with:
- Hospital safety standards
- Infection control requirements
- OSHA regulations
- Cleanroom/HVAC requirements where applicable
- Prepare site reports, work progress updates, and documentation
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage
- Assist in testing & commissioning activities
- Resolve technical/site issues promptly
- Ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations during works
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
