About the Client
Our client is one of the leading technology oriented value-added distributors of electronic components in Hong Kong, China, ASEAN countries and India region.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Order management

  • Process sales orders accurately in ERP system
  • Monitor order status and ensure on-time fulfilment
  • Handle order changes, cancellations, and expedite requests

2. Customer Account Management

  • Support Sales PIC for assigned customers
  • Respond promptly to inquiries regarding order status, shipment and billing enquiries
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers

3. Customer Account Management

  • Generate shipping documents and ensure billing accuracy
  • Support credit note / debit note processing

Job Requirements:

  • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience as a Sales Coordinator / Customer Service in a similar industry
  • Knowledge in Oracle will be an added advantage
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous with positive working attitude
  • Independent and must have initiative and responsibility
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
