Job Responsibilities
- Maintain all HR related records such as leave applications, internal memos, official forms, and other documentation.
- Assist in preparing documents for payroll processing.
- Assist in staff recruitment processes including posting, screening and contact interviewees.
- Assist in company's administration task such as renew insurance, office related documents and contracts.
Skills & Experiences
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource with 1 year experience or administration related experience.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess own transport.
- Competent in using computer systems such as SQL Accounting, MMS system, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, HR related systems, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
