Description :

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain all HR related records such as leave applications, internal memos, official forms, and other documentation.
  • Assist in preparing documents for payroll processing.
  • Assist in staff recruitment processes including posting, screening and contact interviewees.
  • Assist in company's administration task such as renew insurance, office related documents and contracts.

Skills & Experiences

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource with 1 year experience or administration related experience.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Competent in using computer systems such as SQL Accounting, MMS system, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, HR related systems, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
