Job Title: Site Admin Clerk

Location: Sabah, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-Time (Site Based)
Salary: RM 1,800 – RM 2,500 per month (depending on experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Site Admin Clerk to support daily administrative operations at our construction site in Sabah. The ideal candidate will assist with documentation, reporting, and coordination to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily site administrative duties and documentation
• Prepare and maintain site reports, attendance records, and timesheets
• Monitor and record incoming/outgoing materials and deliveries
• Assist in processing purchase orders, invoices, and claims
• Coordinate with head office, contractors, and suppliers
• Maintain proper filing system (hardcopy and softcopy)
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by Site Manager

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• At least 1 year of administrative experience (construction site experience preferred)
• Fresh candidates with good computer skills are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Able to work independently at site
• Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
