Description :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Experience Executive to support our daily app operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Operations
- Manage backend system (orders, pricing, listings)
- Monitor daily transactions and ensure accuracy
- Troubleshoot basic system issues
Customer Experience
- Handle inquiries via WhatsApp, email & social media
- Resolve complaints, refunds, and service issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Social Media & Engagement
- Create & schedule posts
- Reply to messages and comments
- Support promotions & campaigns
Reporting & Admin
- Prepare daily/weekly reports
- Track issues and suggest improvements
- Maintain proper documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or similar roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using digital platforms, apps, and basic tech tools
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in social media management is an added advantage
