Job Vacancy: Front Desk Receptionist & Administration
Location: Melaka Raya
Job Scope & Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a friendly, professional, and warm manner.
2. Manage daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and handling room reservations.
3. Perform general administrative duties to support hotel operations.
4. Prepare, update, and submit accurate daily or weekly operational reports.
5. Manage document filing and ensure all paperwork is highly organized and securely stored.
6. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and direct guest inquiries effectively.
7. Ensure the reception and lobby areas are kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant working experience in hospitality, customer service, or administration is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in both Chinese and Malay to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Capable of handling administrative tasks and filing paperwork efficiently.

Compensation & Work Environment
Basic Salary: RM 1,700
Total Earnings:
Up to RM 2,100++ (Inclusive of Basic Salary + Overtime / OT + Public Holiday ).
Work Environment: Work in a highly comfortable,
air-conditioned, and professional boutique hotel setting.
